Description:
Three years ago, Lee's family sent her from China to Los Angeles to work as a waitress in a Chinatown restaurant and send money home to care for her grandmother. She lives with her harsh aunt and faces difficult conditions at work, feeling trapped in her circumstances. One day, Steve, a traveling engineer, accidentally walks into her restaurant and is immediately drawn to her.
