Description:

*Poomukappadiyil Ninneyum Kathu* centers on Dr. Isaac (Mammootty), whose wife (Srividhya) is consumed by jealousy and suspects him of infidelity. The situation escalates when a beautiful young woman with a jealous husband (Thilakan) moves next door, heightening the existing tension.
