Murder on the Border (2005)

Attorney Eduardo Martinez is assigned to defend an officer accused of shooting a young Hispanic boy near the U.S.-Mexican border. Simultaneously, he discovers his own family is planning to enter the country illegally. His client offers to help his family with his illicit contacts in exchange for a not-guilty verdict, placing Martinez in a difficult situation. Torn between his legal obligations and his family's needs, Martinez must decide whether to uphold the law or prioritize his personal loyalty.
