Secret Heart Beat (2002)

U Kant Aung, a wealthy international businessman, has a son, Thawy Thit, who is uninterested in his father's business and admires Western culture. Thawy Thit spends time with Westernized girls and prefers a Western lifestyle. While U Kant Aung holds traditional Myanmar values, the rest of his family embraces modern Western culture. Though often away for work, U Kant Aung hopes his son will appreciate Myanmar traditions and marry a refined local woman. However, Thawy Thit dismisses his father's wishes and continues to associate with Westernized women.
