Description:
Norwegian director Tancred Ibsen presents a drama that reconsiders the world of mountain climbing. After one of two climbers returns from a climb of Eagle Peak, he proudly claims to be the first to reach the summit and receives recognition for his achievement. However, his celebration is cut short when his friend descends with a drastically different account of their "victory." This new version portrays the supposedly successful climber as an attempted murderer. As the Alpine Club investigates the accusation, the truth behind the climb is revealed through flashbacks.
