Description:
Mimi is a world-renowned female wrestling champion with a promising life, supported by a loving boyfriend and family. Her world shatters when her boyfriend is injured and her brother is murdered for owing money to Harry Lee, the ruthless and powerful crime boss of Southern California. Lee's empire includes the Kumite, a deadly gladiatorial fight ring where combatants fight to the death. Unable to rely on the police, Mimi seeks training from her martial arts friend, Master Vern, learning kickboxing and tai chi to prepare for combat.
