Description:

Spring 1905. The Canitoga water conduit project is nearing completion after years of sabotage. Engineer Oliver Montstuart oversees the final blasting. However, another miscalculation with the explosive charge halts progress. After a confrontation with foreman Westbrook, who threatens him with a knife, Montstuart shoots and kills him in self-defense. Now, Montstuart must flee.
