Description:
Steven Kenet, who has a history of brain injuries, claims he accidentally killed his wife while strangling her. After confessing, he's sent to a poorly staffed county asylum with troubled patients. Dr. Ann Lorrison is doubtful of Kenet's story and hesitant to treat him. However, she gradually begins to question whether he is truly guilty.
