Description:
In the rundown Changshin-dong neighborhood, Kim Min-kyu, recently released from prison and working as an electrician under probation, finds solace in carving the Namsan Tower out of soap on telephone poles. His quiet world is disrupted when missing person leaflets begin appearing. Min-kyu tries to remove them, but the unknown person keeps replacing them. Da-hae is desperately searching for her missing brother while battling worsening eyesight and struggling to make ends meet. Drawn together by their shared pain and loneliness, Min-kyu and Da-hae begin to find a way to heal one another.
