Description:
A funeral home employee at Pleticha overhears a conversation revealing his boss needs a wedding gift delivered to relatives. Assuming he's organizing a funeral, he heads to the address to arrange the service. He soon discovers a misunderstanding, and as compensation for the confusion, performs dances and songs from different countries for the wedding guests. One guest, Grandfather Boleslav Hnipírdo, had a near-miss train accident en route to Prague but escaped unharmed and refuses to seek compensation. Seeing an opportunity, the employee, with a bandaged leg, impersonates Hnipírdo at the railway headquarters. He's questioned about his journey and, in his talkative state, reveals a series of increasingly unbelievable details – including jumping on a moving train, illegal travel, spitting on the window, and tampering with the emergency brake.
