Description:
In 2020 Germany, social security is privatized, with the insurance group TRUST.Wohltat leading the way. Wealthy clients purchase "genetically clean" individuals – talents – to work for the company and generate profits. Luca Permann, 28, is one such talent. His owners arrange for a child to be born from Luca's genetic material, using Hannah Bitlik as a surrogate mother. When Luca discovers he has an unexpected genetic defect, he begins to question his purpose. The decision is made to abort the child, but Hannah refuses and cuts ties with TRUST.Wohltat.
