Description:
The story unfolds in three parts. First, "The Visitor": A wandering writer named Tran Thanh Loc takes shelter in an old house and is hosted by the captivating Hoa. As days pass, he falls in love with her and uncovers a hidden truth about the household. Next, "Only Child": While ill and isolated, Loc is nursed back to health by Linh. He writes his successful novel, *The Visitor*, detailing his relationship with Hoa. He marries Linh, but her mysterious past creates complications when they consider starting a family. Finally, "The Diviner": Linh's parents send a dubious Feng Shui expert, Lan, to assist Loc, and she claims to detect ghosts in the house. Her son and aspiring writer Bao is skeptical until he discovers a surprising secret about Loc.
