Description:
Malena, a beautiful psychoanalyst and passionate tango dancer, accidentally kills a man and resolves to conceal the crime. Her carefully laid plans are complicated when she sees the victim's wife and young daughter on the news: the man was a police officer. To avoid detection, Malena encounters Carlos, a colleague of the deceased officer who is investigating his disappearance. Known as "the Sabina" for his tendency to quote lyrics from a musician, he is of Basque origin. Malena becomes strangely drawn to Carlos, the man tasked with uncovering her crime and bringing her to justice. Their relationship is immediately intense and unconventional, defying all moral boundaries.
