Carlos contra el mundo (2003)

In a working-class neighborhood of Malaga, Carlos's life is upended when his father dies in an accident. His family expects him to take over as the head of the household, but Carlos resists. To avoid this responsibility, he fabricates a story about working, donning his father's old suit each morning. Maintaining this lie requires a constant stream of money for his mother, and the deception becomes increasingly fragile with each passing day.
