Description:
Pervola: Tracks in the Snow follows a stockbroker who relocates and leaves his sons to run his business. The older brother, Hein, deceives the younger brother, Simon, by taking his share, falsely claiming Simon was disinherited due to his homosexuality. As Hein gains power, Simon appears to decline. Years later, the dying stockbroker summons his sons. Simon agrees to his father's wish to be buried in Pervola, but Hein is reluctant to make the journey. He eventually agrees to help Simon, fearing his father will discover Hein’s past betrayal. During the difficult journey to Pervola with the father’s body on a sled, Hein confesses. Simon, however, forgives him.
