Description:
In 1950s Transylvania, a Communist party activist arrives in a rural village to implement collectivization of the farms. A prosperous landowner fiercely opposes the forced loss of his wealth, unwilling to accept a life of manual labor. The essence of this struggle is captured by a villager, now compelled to work the land he no longer owns, who confronts the activist with the absurd claim that the land remains his, stating: "You cut off my leg, put it back in my hand and said, 'Here, it's still yours.'"
