Description:
After attacking her partner and his mistress, Mayumi is imprisoned in Cell 31. The other inmates are deeply religious, finding solace in hymns and Bible study. A conflict with a rival cell block escalates into a brutal jail-wide war, with the warden and guards responding with severe torture and humiliation. The situation explodes further when a new inmate arrives, and Mayumi recognizes her.
