Description:
Eduardo Belmonte discovers his stepmother, Maria, and her lover, Don Ricardo Gonzales, are planning to seize the Belmonte ranch during a fiesta hosted by her husband, Don Carlos Belmonte. Eduardo offers Maria money to leave, but she refuses and then falsely accuses him of attempting to seduce her. Enraged, Don Carlos attacks Eduardo. A power outage ensues, and Don Carlos is killed. Maria blames Eduardo, who flees the house pursued by Ricardo's men. The Cisco Kid and Pancho Villa rescue the wounded Eduardo and hide him while they investigate. Cisco discovers that bullets from Maria’s derringer are the same type that killed Don Carlos. However, the local sheriff arrests Cisco and Pancho. Cisco is seemingly executed by a firing squad but escapes through a clever trick. Now, Maria and Ricardo face serious consequences with Cisco on the run.
