Description:
Chandram (Srikanth) is an honest cab driver married to Kalyani (Meera Jasmine), and they long for a child. When Kalyani discovers she's pregnant, a doctor warns that surgery is necessary to prevent complications, costing approximately 800,000 rupees. Unable to afford it, Chandram finds a bag of money near the body of an unidentified woman who died in a railway accident. His friend suggests he claim the woman is his wife. He arranges a postmortem and convinces the police and doctor. He learns the woman is Ramya (Sada), whose parents believe Chandram is her husband because she ran away with her boyfriend. The story changes when Ramya unexpectedly appears during the funeral rites.
