Description:
A scrawny canary with a Frank Sinatra voice is driving a Bing Crosby-esque parrot crazy. The parrot notices Sylvester, a cat rummaging through garbage. Feigning concern about Sylvester's vitamin deficiency (caused by the canary’s excessive vitamin intake), the parrot tricks the cat into coming inside to catch the bird. When the simple plan fails—the canary pecks him—the parrot carves a replica of a female canary from soap. He uses the fake bird to lure the real canary, and they both slide down a greased counter into the sink and down the drain. Only the soap bird makes it through the pipe and into Sylvester’s mouth. A trail of birdseed leads Sylvester to the garage, where the canary unexpectedly opens his mouth. Sylvester then laces the vitamins with buckshot, but like all cartoon magnets, it only attracts metal, not the canary.
