Description:
Sylvester is once again denied membership to the Loyal Order of Alley Cats Mouse and Chowder Club. To earn acceptance, the Grand Master proposes a challenge: Sylvester must place a bell around the neck of the biggest mouse he can find, so the cats can pounce when they hear it. Simultaneously, Hippety Hopper escapes from a city zoo truck and encounters Sylvester. Each attempt to attach the bell results in Sylvester wearing it, and the cats subdue him. Eventually, Sylvester succeeds in placing the bell on Hippety. However, by the time the cats prepare to pounce on the baby kangaroo-mistaken-for-a-giant-mouse, Hippety is recaptured. The oblivious cats then run into the path of the city zoo truck. As a result, Sylvester becomes the Loyal Order's new Grand Master.
