Description:
Judgment Day (2008) was a pay-per-view event presented by Lionsgate's Rambo, held on May 18, 2008, at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska. This was the tenth annual Judgment Day event, featuring wrestlers from Raw, SmackDown, and ECW. The main event on Raw was a Steel Cage match where WWE Champion Triple H defended his title against Randy Orton. In SmackDown's main event, Edge challenged The Undertaker for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship. The prime ECW match saw WWE Tag Team Champions John Morrison and The Miz defend their titles against Kane and CM Punk. Other matches included Shawn Michaels versus Chris Jericho and John "Bradshaw" Layfield versus John Cena. Judgment Day garnered 252,000 pay-per-view buys.
