Description:
A Republic Pictures film, *Storm Over Bengal* tells a complete story, filmed entirely in the San Fernando Valley, in its 65-minute runtime. The movie features a main plot centered on the Bengal Lancers, a romantic subplot, a coward who finds redemption, and plenty of villainous intrigue involving an Indian ruler. It culminates in a large-scale battle between rebels and British forces. Patric Knowles, known for his role in *Charge of the Light Brigade*, is the lead. Richard Cromwell appears as the romantic secondary character Neil Allison, and Douglass Dumbrille plays the villainous Khan. Notably, Cromwell was previously tortured by Dumbrille's henchmen in *Lives of a Bengal Lancer*, and experiences similar treatment in this film.
