Description:
Nora and Javier are tasked with transporting a shipment of cocaine in an ambulance. Assisted by Wendy, Javier’s transvestite brother, they steal a portion of the drugs and evade the police. Shaped by isolation, apathy, and a lack of connection, Nora, Javier, and Wendy are young people with limited prospects living on the fringes of society, vulnerable to powerful corruption. They seek refuge in El Marquesado, a military-built seaside resort perched on dynamited cliffs, where Rodolfo and Mercedes, Javier and Wendy’s parents, eke out a living by stealing livestock from nearby farms. The family's existing conflicts and tensions reemerge as they reunite in this isolated place with a dark history.
