Description:
The film is set in a society where death is exploited for profit. In this country, wakes are used as cover for illegal gambling operations. A funeral home owner in Oros sells an unidentified body to Makoy, a gambling den operator. Makoy and his reluctant brother, Abet, stage a three-week fake wake to host the illegal gambling. They involve Linda, a poor homeowner, who helps create a fabricated story to make the wake appear legitimate.
