Description:
Wilhelm Wilder (Will) is a gifted actor trapped in a New York City children's TV show as the unlucky green rabbit, Bad Luck Bunny. He faces his situation with self-deprecating humor, but becomes resentful when it seems his wife, daughter, and friends forget his 40th birthday. After a car accident causes widespread belief that he's dead, Will decides to take a detour and attend his own funeral, hoping to discover what people truly think of him. With his best friend Rad, an Indian restaurant owner, Will transforms into Vijay Singh, a charming Sikh complete with turban and beard. He finds himself with a surprising problem: everyone adores Vijay, and Will discovers he likes Vijay more than he ever liked himself. (Sam Garbarski)
