Description:
Doyle Simms, escaping a difficult family, moves to NYC for film school. After a challenging first year, he returns with renewed resolve to become a storyteller and find himself. Facing financial hardship, Doyle seeks unconventional housing and begins living out of Penn Station while attending classes. The film follows Doyle through college as he forms bonds with unique individuals like Saul, a homeless book dealer who imparts life lessons, and Allyson, a talented actress he develops feelings for. Doyle establishes a precarious balance and starts building a life, but the strain of concealing his dual existence forces him to confront his family's history and reconcile his aspirations with reality.
