Description:
Inspired by the Star Control 2 computer game, the first Star Wreck animation was created frame by frame using Deluxe Paint Animation, resulting in visuals that are intentionally rough. Featuring dialogue, this was one of Samuli's earlier animations with spoken lines. Aside from the characters' names, the original Star Wreck has little in common with later installments. The story is straightforward: Plingons are attacking Earth, and the CPP Kickstart must defend it. While the plot, graphics, and acting are all considered weak, this is nonetheless a classic.
