Description:
"Skippy and the Intruders" is a 1969 Australian film, a spin-off from the popular "Skippy the Bush Kangaroo" TV series. A group of criminals, led by Meredith, are searching for sunken treasure near Mallacoota, disguising their activities as abalone diving. Matt Hammond's son, Sonny, and their friend Clancy investigate. They are kidnapped, and Skippy comes to their rescue. The story follows a speedboat chase and a confrontation in the sand dunes that leads to Meredith's capture.
