Description:
In Hamburg, Ibrahim "Ibo" Secmez, who is of Turkish descent, dreams of directing Germany's first kung-fu movie. He currently works making commercials for his uncle's kebab restaurant. Ibo's German girlfriend, Titzie, an aspiring actress, discovers she is pregnant. Uncertain about fatherhood – especially after his father disowns him for having a relationship with a German woman – Ibo pushes Titzie away. He tries to make things right, but as the time of birth nears, he remains unprepared. Meanwhile, three thugs seek a specific soup recipe, and a long-standing rivalry exists between the kebab restaurant and a Greek taverna across the street. Can Ibo find a way to resolve these conflicts?
