Description:
Rocio and Raphael are a young couple from a small Spanish town. Rocio is required to observe a six-month mourning period for a relative, preventing her from seeing Raphael. Deeply in love, they are frustrated by their village's traditional customs. When they are finally allowed to see each other, they plan to marry soon. However, Rocio's grandfather dies, and she must begin mourning again. Raphael urges her to defy her family and the villagers, but she resists fearing repercussions. Ultimately, Rocio decides to run away with Raphael, disregarding her family's wishes. Their escape faces unforeseen difficulties when another family member dies.
