Description:
A year after her husband's death, Eleonora, a 33-year-old woman from wealthy São Paulo, struggles with his absence. An intellectual, she feels a conflict between spiritual longing and intense desires. Their marriage, though not always joyful, was passionate. Now, her close friend Ana Maria, a university student recently arrived from Paris, is staying in their home. Together, they visit the site where Eleonora's husband, Marcelo, drowned, and she is reminded of their life together and his death.
