Description:
King Menelaus of Sparta leaves his wife, Helen, behind when he travels away from home. While he's gone, Paris, the Trojan prince and son of the king, arrives in Sparta and abducts Helen, taking her back to Troy where they develop a romantic relationship. The Greeks then try to conquer Troy by besieging the city, but are unsuccessful. They devise a plan to sneak soldiers into Troy by building a giant wooden horse and leaving it outside the city gates as a supposed offering to the gods. The Trojans, believing the horse is a gift, bring it inside the city walls, unknowingly unleashing the Greek army hidden within.
