Description:
The quiet life of the Bentley family is disrupted when John Bentley learns his two married daughters, Pat and Corrine, are facing difficulties and need money to return home with their husbands: Peter, an artist from Paris, and Barnaby, a cowboy from Texas. Meanwhile, their youngest daughter, Gwen, has misled an American singer, Bobby Denver, into believing the Bentley house is the residence of a famous British film producer. As all the women in the household – including the maid – are captivated by the singer, Bentley seeks advice from a psychiatrist, Dr. Schneider. The psychiatrist's suggestions, intended to make the singer jealous, inadvertently target Bentley’s wife instead.
