Description:
In the future, national borders have disappeared, leaving only two massive super-states: the grim, oppressive "Hemisphere" and the expansive, advanced "Megaville." Megaville has an elected president, but widespread corruption plagues the system. While Megaville encourages all media, this freedom has led to moral decline through the spread of pornography and violent films. In contrast to Megaville's cleanliness and order, the Hemisphere is in decay. Travel between the two is restricted for most, except the powerful. The Hemisphere’s citizens live under a totalitarian regime, fearing the secret police, known as "CKS," and all media is outlawed.
