Description:
Fernando Sariñana adapts Juan Madrid's stories, Ciudades Oscuras (Dark Cities), to depict the interconnected lives in Mexico City’s hidden world. The film follows several storylines: Lola, a prostitute (Dolores Heredia); her drug-addicted son Fede (Diego Luna); her friend Zeze (Zaide Silvia Gutierrez); Zeze's daughter Susana (Jimena Ayala); and Vicente, a junkie (Roberto Sosa). Two corrupt police officers (Alejandro Tommasi and Jesus Ochoa) operate alongside one honest cop (Odiseo Bichir).
