Description:
Photographer Peter Mitchell inherits a large estate in Sweden from a relative he never knew, Annie Holst. He, his girlfriend Sarah, and her deaf son Dennis travel to Sweden to decide whether to keep or sell the property. They discover the locals are unwelcoming when Annie's name is brought up. It's revealed that Annie lost her son at the local orphanage 50 years ago, where she had placed him temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances, but continued to visit him even after his death. Now, Dennis is drawn to the abandoned orphanage and a new friend that only he can see. Peter must uncover a decades-old mystery surrounding the orphans' deaths before his family faces a similar danger.
