Description:
Mrs. Doray consults with a Juvenile Court Judge to understand how to help troubled children. One case involves 13-year-old Arthur, considered the town's most disruptive youth, who repeatedly moves cars away from fireplace plugs without permission. The judge offers Arthur and his friend Nutty a second chance. But their troubles escalate when they break into Mrs. Doray's drugstore for medicine for Nutty’s grandmother. Mr. Doray, unyielding, strongly opposes his wife's plan to become Arthur's guardian. Further incidents occur, with Mr. Doray quick to condemn without knowing the full story. Mrs. Doray is forced to decide between her marriage and Arthur's well-being.
