Description:
In this French-language Canadian film, Bernadette decides to abandon her life and embrace a simpler existence. She carefully leaves her wedding ring for her lawyer husband to find, then purchases a farm with a dilapidated house and an elderly, grumpy caretaker. Bernadette's empathy and unique perspective unexpectedly bring positive changes to her neighbors' lives. They believe these improvements are miraculous, possibly inspired by her name, and soon many desperate people seek her out at the farm.
