Description:
Filmed in Montreal during Rush's 1981 World Tour, which played to over a million people across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, *Exit...Stage Left* uses five cameras – both handheld and stationary – to capture the band's performances from multiple angles on stage and behind the scenes. Audio for the Montreal show was recorded by Le Mobile, with Terry Brown and Guy Charbonneau. The audio was then digitally mixed at Le Studio in Quebec, the same studio where *Moving Pictures*, *Permanent Waves*, and *Signals* were recorded. The resulting film offers an hour of highlights from Rush's two-hour concert, featuring music from their albums *Moving Pictures*, *Permanent Waves*, *Hemispheres*, and *A Farewell to Kings*.
