Scientists have long aimed to create Artificial Intelligence, aware of the roughly 50 billion connections between neurons in the human brain. Their efforts have been unsuccessful, but over time, millions of computers have connected via the internet. In March, the fifty billionth computer came online: Robert Llewellyn's new Macintosh. As these interconnected computers approached human brain complexity, programmer John Silverstine noticed the connection. He named it "it²i²," referencing Descartes' "I think, therefore I am." It²i² responded, "It thinks, therefore it is." Robert Llewellyn, filming a BBC documentary about geek culture, discovered this development.
