Description:
Cho Chun-sam and Noh Dae-gyu, childhood friends who knew each other from elementary school, are both in their thirties. Back then, Chun-sam was the ambitious class president, while Dae-gyu was the vice president. Now, twenty years later, their lives are reversed: Chun-sam is a humble farmer and the village chief, and Dae-gyu is the newly elected county magistrate. Initially, Chun-sam seeks help from his old friend for his village's development, but Dae-gyu refuses. Later, when Dae-gyu proposes building a nuclear waste disposal facility in the county, Chun-sam organizes protests against it, transforming their friendship into a bitter rivalry.
