Description:
A scarf, a chainsaw, and a mysterious blonde are the only clues in a series of strange incidents – some involving more than just deceased people. The police turn to Harry Bates, the department's sharpest officer. Luckily, he has his partner Dick Smoker and a loyal dog (played by a person in a dog suit) to assist him. The prime suspects are two attractive sisters, Montana and Dakota.
