Description:
The day Jean Gabin dies, a kidnapper also steals a fortune in jewels from Cartier and murders Simon Verini’s wife. Simon was selling the jewels for a gang of young thieves who robbed Cartier, and he suspects them of the murder. He’s framed for the theft and spends ten years in prison, writing to his daughter, Marie-Sophie, who is 11 when he's sent away. After his release, he reconnects with Marie-Sophie and the young thieves, seeking revenge, but is quickly arrested again. Confused by her father’s actions, Marie-Sophie seeks refuge with her Swiss fiancé and is surprised when one of the young thieves becomes interested in her. Can peace be found when crime intertwines with family and love?
