When ritualistic murders plague a Thai community, police investigator Singha is tasked with solving the case of bodies found hanging from a tree, eyes and mouths sewn shut with red thread. His investigation leads him to Thup, a young man who believes he can see spirits and has witnessed the killings in visions. Both a crucial witness and a suspect, Thup becomes involved in the investigation. As they collaborate to find connections between the deaths, ancient rituals, and past crimes, a deep emotional and romantic bond forms between them. Their relationship develops alongside the investigation, making the case more complicated and putting them both in greater danger as the line between the supernatural and human desire blurs.
