During a blizzard caused by UMA Winter, Billy receives news of the battle in Autumn: Undead and Unluck are evolving. Juiz appears and reveals the artifacts are weapons designed to defeat God, and the Ark has only one loop remaining. She asks Billy to join her again to achieve their goal of "defeating God." But Billy refuses. Juiz realizes Billy wants the Ark and Apocalypse, but before she can stop him, he plunges them into a fierce fight with UMAs on both sides. Driven by her own sense of justice, Juiz fights forward, while Billy uses the abilities of other Negators and his pistol. What is Billy really after? Meanwhile, Andy and Fuko, having secured Autumn's core, are flying to take down Summer. But Billy knows Juiz gave Apocalypse to Andy and sends assassins to attack them from above!
