Description:
The Dezalg have returned, attacking Megazone 23 with a devastating new weapon. Hoping for a solution in advanced weaponry, B.D. once again aims to breach the EVE's final security. Gaining full control of Megazone 23 would allow unrestricted weapons development. Shogo, seeking a normal life with his biker gang "Trash" and girlfriend Yui, hasn't abandoned his concerns about the Megazone's government. When EVE requests his assistance, he discovers the hidden location of the Garland bike. A confrontation ensues between Shogo and B.D., Trash, the military, the Dezalg, and Megazone. But EVE’s ultimate secret, A.D.A.M., suggests that no one may survive.
