Alpha Girl (2016)

A powerful girl relentlessly pursues Mercy for offenses against her peers. Overwhelmed and cornered, Mercy is suddenly frozen in time. A mysterious creature appears, offering help to turn the tables on the powerful girl, explaining her power stems from her purity. Mercy then physically assaults the powerful girl, briefly restoring her to normal time before trapping her in a crushing hug. Escaping, the powerful girl demonstrates she is still a formidable opponent, but is frozen again, now fully aware of her surroundings while immobile. Mercy takes advantage of this vulnerability, delivering a final defeat and humiliation.
