Description:
The film is divided into three stories. The first follows Aurora, who lives in an opulent apartment. When workers arrive at her home, she encounters a former lover who attempts to win her back, only to later empty her house. The second story centers on a young man recently released from reform school who discovers his mother is secretly his father, a transgender person. The third features a newsagent who, suspicious of her husband's frequent feigned illnesses, installs a hidden camera in their bedroom. She records his affairs on video and distributes the tapes at newsstands. In his directorial debut, Corsicato, previously Almodovar’s assistant, showcases a keen and lyrical talent in crafting three character studies of women that also reflect the atmosphere of Naples.
