Tomás and Sofia have been married for five years. Tomás works as a cartoonist for the local newspaper, harboring a dream of becoming a full-time artist, though lacking the drive to pursue it. His best friend, Raul, pushes him to reach his artistic potential. However, Tomás experiences an emotional crisis, growing increasingly distant from Sofia until she no longer recognizes him. Sofia begins to unravel, isolating herself and experiencing unsettling internal feelings. She senses a growing darkness encroaching on her life, realizing she's lost control. The film explores two parallel stories of people drawn together yet simultaneously fearing each other, with life unfolding as it will.
